Everyone starts as a seeker, as you are introduced to the body of my work. For the past 35 years I have immersed myself in the traditions of the Ancient Mother. In her spiraling, winding, chaotic ways, I have been guided, nurtured and adjusted. The path of sacred embodiment is a surrendered one, it is not for the weak, but for the hungry woman whose desire has brought her here.
Tapping into our feminine roots is our birthright. The teachings within this container are sacred and they are intended to ignite and awaken the ancient wisdom within us.

Intro to Womb Awakening
This transmission is an introduction into the world of womb awakening. Understand the way of the Ancient Mother has been glamorized. There is a fantasy that womb and pussy connection will bring about euphoria, pleasure and power over. Truth be told the way of the Ancient Mother which includes womb awakening is an unfolding. The journey includes many deaths and births and all things inbetween. In this class you are introduced to the ideas around your menses blood and her power. The connection we as women have to the moon and how to work with these energies. You are introduced to the wisdom of the Crone years and more.
This transmission is recommended before you enter Spiral and a prerequisite before Foundations of the Goddess Traditions.

Reflections container contains 2 years of content. There are audio transmissions and journal prompts. This self contained container builds your ability to feel and think critically, notice your patterns and supports your spiritual development from a wise woman tradition perspective. The teachings within Reflections are layered and do not follow a linear path. The wise woman teachings are a feminine lead path of living heart centered. It is both winding and unwinding at the same time, both complex and simplistic. This container includes Intro to Womb Awakening course.

Foundations of the Goddess Traditions
Foundations of the Goddess Traditions is a year long deep dive into the foundational principles and practices of the Ancient Mother. Chonteau has carefully crafted a collection of content from her years of study to create this container. This course builds on the Spiral container content and takes you deeper into each healing river, while also building on the wisdom from the intro to womb awakening transmission. Foundations of the Goddess includes meditations, activities, transmissions and quarterly live calls with Chonteau. You also have full access to all other containers in Feminine Roots for 12 months with the option to renew.

Meet Chonteau~ I have been walking medicine path for over 30 years. I teach in the community on numerous topics as it relates to conscious relating with self first and then beyond. I activate ancient remembrances within individuals, groups, and I host women's retreats and workshops.
I am a social worker by degree and my experience in that arena for over 20 years gives me unique perspectives about love, life and living in the Light.
My lineage is indigenous, this communal feminine world view is brought into my teachings and is central for me.
