Join Chonteau for this monthly women's group. All women are welcome and Chonteau will center women in their middle years. This group is an opportunity for women in our middle years (mid thirties and beyond) to have witness for our re-dreaming. As we move beyond getting it done, we enter into a season of our lives when what has heart and meaning takes center stage. The task of the midlifer is to redream, deepen more fully into our character development and show up for ourselves as we have not before. 

Topics for this groups' discussion will follow Chonteau's book An 84 Day Self Care Journey for Women In Their Middle Years and Second Half of Life by Angeles Arrien. We look forward to sharing this time with you.
